At sea, just been to the morning quiz, the subject was pubs, so everyone thought I'd do well, but as you can probably guess I bombed out and only scored eleven out of twenty.... You can see how exciting sea days are on here lol.
Went to the talk inthe theatre, it was by Philip Hayton the ex BBC news reader and reporter, it was facinating and very interesting, but it over ran by about fifteen minutes, so I missed most of the Battle of the Sexes quiz. I was lucky I did tbough because the women said that the men were cheating and a row broke out and most of the women walked out in protest.
I walked in at the very end of it all, so I wasn't directly involved. I can't believe how serious tbe quiz is taken, after all the prize is only the glory of winning nothing else, not a bottle of wine, or even a keyring, just the glory...... Lol It was quite exciting really, I'll keep you informed, the next round (if the women turn up that is.....lo is the day after tomorrow.....)
